5 years ago, I also didn’t know what it meant to feel confident, free and connected to myself or my feminine energy - but I longed for it.
Then I started to take self-portraits, and it forced me to see every side of myself, especially the one’s I found hard to like and accept.
To heal, I had to face all those parts of myself I’d been avoiding. I had to learn to see myself through eyes of love, not harsh judgement and criticism.
Through photography, movement, journaling and rituals, I finally discovered my worth and power.
Julie has a deep understanding of the woman’s journey into self-love, and is a talented photographer and facilitator who’s work revolves around empowering women.

I have been so harsh with myself lately, with a strong inner critic that has even led me to pause certain things in my life as a result of my state of freeze. This workshop arrived at the perfect time and really connected me to hope.
I had energy shifting all throughout and the journalling & intuitive movement session really gave space to release conditioning and layers.
The exceptional editing and multi-sensorial journey, the interconnectedness of the exercises and especially Julie’s embodiment of her message really landed.
It felt very shifting. I LOVED the exercise with writing a letter to the part of me that I find hardest to love and accept - I had a very big realisation. The way I speak to myself will for sure change. Each exercise of the workshop was different but connected, it flew very easily for me and I enjoyed it.
My inner critic has been loud lately which brought me to Julie's workshop! The journal prompts really hit me - I realised that I'd been pushing myself too much & not taking any time to fill up my cup. I had to work through some emotions of shame / unworthiness around that honestly, but then I was able to visualise and connect to a more self-loving version of me through the practices.
I absolutely LOVED the intuitive movement part - I felt like I connected to something raw + my energy really shifted from it. I'm going to start doing that more!! And going forward I've noticed I'm already being kinder to myself.
