When your Soul Mail arrives, it's an invitation to set aside a distraction-free space for yourself, get cosy (with a hot drink is great) and take the time to open and enjoy your letter.
You can do the prompts + self-connection practice there and then, or save it for another moment in the month.
We send Soul Mail to the UK and Europe!
Currently post to the U.S. from Portugal (where we're based) is suspended due to new U.S. customs regulations, but we are actively looking for a solution.
We ship Soul Mail from Portugal at the beginning of each month (the 3rd) and we expect it will take between 5-12 days to arrive to UK & European destinations (naturally it varies depending on the postal services of each country).
Monthly subscriptions are billed each month, while 3-month and 6-month subscriptions are billed every 3 or 6 months respectively - always on the same date you originally signed up, and until you cancel.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime. You will still receive your final upcoming letter.
3 month and 6 month recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime, and you’ll continue to receive Soul Mail for all months already paid for.
