I know how confusing and painful situationships can be - I've experienced my fair share and have witnessed many friends go through the same thing.
It's become alarmingly common in this day and age, which is why I wanted to create this workshop.
It's crucial that we remember our worth and make choices that align with that we truly desire in our relationships.
Something I am grateful for - and which you will realise for yourself as you do the workshop - is that these situations always reflected back to me where I still needed healing.
Situationships were a mirror of my lack of self-worth, my need to be chosen, and my attraction to emotionally unavailable partners.
When I did the work to become aware of the dynamics I was in (the 4 traps!) and cultivate a deeper self-worth, it gave me the power to walk away from these situations and finally choose myself.
